Participants will alternate between low and high-intensity dance moves set to rhythms such as Hip-hop, Cumbia, Dancehall, and Merengue during this fitness party. The instructor will lead various routines to strengthen your heart, torch calories, and boost your mood. Drinking water during class is strongly recommended.
