About this Event

Poor nutrition, a sedentary lifestyle, certain medications, and menopause can all contribute to bone loss. Eating a healthy diet and exercising are just two of the ways you can prevent and even reverse bone loss. Join our Registered Dietitian and Physical Therapist from Woman’s Hospital as they discuss what you can do to build better bones!
